Fish tacos

110 g Torsk
4 g Cajun Seasoning
3.6 g Olive Oil
44 g Purple Cabbage
24 g Whole Grain Tortilla
50 g Avocado

How to
Sprinkle cajun seasoning on both sides on the fish, rubbing it in to the flesh.
Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot add fish and cook for 3 minutes each side or until fish is opaque in colour and flesh is easy to flake apart. Remove from heat.
Shred cabbage and mash avocado. Warm tortilla as directed then place on a plate. Spread with avocado and top with cabbage and fish. Serve.
