Cinnamon Oats with Pecans

125 g Almond Milk
71 g Plain Greek Yogurt
31 g Blessed Or OxyWhey Protein Powder
1/4 tsp (0.5g) Cinnamon Powder
45 g Apple
10 g Pecans

How to
Place oats in a small bowl and pour in the milk. Soak for 20-30 minutes.
Stir in Greek yogurt, protein powder, and cinnamon powder.
Top with apple and pecans.
