Salted Caramel Pannkakor

15 g protein
30 g havremjöl
59 g banan
120 g mandelmjölk
1 tsk bakpulver
1 msk maple syrup
1/4 cup blandade bär
 
How to

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat.
Mash the banana until smooth.
Combine with the almond milk
Add the oat flour and baking soda and whisk until smooth. Add the milk slowly and as needed.
Pour the mixture into the hot pan to form a pancake and cook until the mixture starts to
bubble and they begin to pop.
Flip the pancake and cook for another minute or so.
Serve the pancake topped with maple syrup and berries.
