141 g kycklingfilé (170 g kalkon)
20 g Honey
7.5 g Soy Sauce
2.5 g Sriracha
1 g Sesame Seeds
25 g Wild Rice
40 g Avocado
How to
Heat a wok pan over medium-high heat.
Add turkey and brown for 6-7 minutes, turning once.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whish together honey, soy sauce, and sriracha.
Drizzle the meat with this mixture and continue to cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add to a bowl with wild rice and avocado.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
