Banana & walnut muffins

354 g Banana
130 g Almond Flour
58 g Rolled Oats
24 g Walnuts
2 g Cinnamon Powder
44.0 g Eggs
125g Almond Milk
15 g Olive Oil
2 g Baking Powder

How to
Preheat oven to 180 C
In a bowl mix together almond flour, rolled oats, cinnamon powder and baking power until combined.
Peel and mash bananas, and lightly whisk egg. Finely chop walnuts.
Add bananas, egg, almond milk and olive oil to bowl of dry ingredients. Mix until combined then stir through walnuts.
Pour batter into 6 lined muffin tins and place into preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and a skewer comes out clean.
Makes 6 servings/muffins. Keep extra muffins in fridge or freezer and grab and go as needed.
